(No) Return Policy
We're a small business - one hoodie at a time.
Every flagged-out piece is made to order, printed one by one. That means we don’t keep piles of stock, and we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless something arrives damaged. We’re building this brand slowly, intentionally, and with as little waste as possible.
💔 Ordered the wrong size?
We’ve all been there. That’s why there’s a size guide tab on every product page. Please take a moment to check it before ordering, because we don’t offer size swaps. Each item is made just for you, and we don’t remake or resell returned pieces.
🛠 Received something damaged?
That’s different - and we’ll sort it. Email hello@flagged-out.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll review it and let you know what happens next.
⚠️ Quick note: “didn’t suit me” or “changed my mind” doesn’t count as faulty.
🔁 Returns for faulty items
If we agree there’s a legit issue, we’ll guide you through the return process. For now, customers cover return postage - but we’re working on a better system. Thanks for your patience while we grow.
